Hi I’m Emma, and welcome to Emshira Passion for Cakes.
Though I started Emshira in 2012, I had been creating beautiful cakes for friends and family for many years beforehand. Now I am fortunate to supply some of the best local cafes and businesses in Gloucestershire with my range of traybakes, scones, and cakes.

Over the past two years I have entered a selection of my traybakes into the Taste of the West awards.
I am extremely pleased to announce that I have received GOLD for my Salted Caramel Brownie and GF/DF/V Cherry Tiffin, as well as SILVER and COMMENDED for others.
